Our Los Altos villa offers accommodation laid out over three floors. At ground floor level you will find open-plan living/dining area, separate kitchen, bedroom three with single bed, and shower room with w.c. Stairs lead up to the first floor with the main bedroom with double bed and sliding doors leading out to private balcony. Bedroom two has two single beds. Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Stairs lead up to private roof terrace of around 25 sq metres and offering wonderful views across the Torrevieja salt lakes.

Within a 10-15 minute walk you will find the local commercial centres of Via Park III and Via Park V which provide a supermarket, and many bars and restaurants. Within a few minutes drive you will find a larger commercial centre at Flamenca Beach where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand and most offer nightly entertainment.

A popular local market is held on Saturdays which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a couple of roasted chickens from the roasting stall and venture back home for lunch.

The main town of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes drive away and boasts lots of shops, bars and restaurants, bowling alley, and the fabulous marina, etc and offers you all the entertainment you could want while still retaining that ‘Spanish’ feel.

The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. There are two communal swimming pools and childrens paddling pools within walking distance, and the famous Blue Flag beaches are just 10 minutes away by car. We do recommend car hire to get the very best out of the area.

The villa is a 20 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.
