The villa is extremely spacious and provides exceptional comfort. The lounge area has 2 large sofas, sat tv and dvd, music centre, a wood burning stove and a selection of games and books. The property has three spacious double bedrooms all furbished in bright sunny colours with a seperate full bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and patio doors.

The village of Colmenar, located only a short drive away provides an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, 24 hr. medical centre and bustling weekly fruit and veg market.
Casa Bellavista is an ideal base for days trips to historic Granada, cosmopolitan Marbella, Malaga old town and cathederal, Nerja, the extensive beaches and excellent golf courses. Locally, we are close to the Torcal and the Montes de Malaga National Parks, also a great area for walking, cycling, horseriding, birdwatching etc. Along the coast there are excellent shopping centres, water parks, marinas, zoos, cinema complexes etc
Linen and towels are freshly provided on a weekly basis.

	Nov to Dec:		€450 (£400) weekly

Booking notes:

To reserve the property we request a 30 % depsoit with the fulll balance due any time up to 6 weeks prior to your stay. A receipt is sent for all payments, followed by directions etc. We ask for a security/damage deposit of £150 on arrival which is returned in full on your departure should there be no breakages etc. Prices are exclusive of elec/gas and in winter , firewood.
