Located only a short drive from the village of Colmenar, the property is 200 metres down a private track in the grounds of an old Andalucian farmhouse, but totally seperate.

The cottage is detached, has it own private oval shaped pool, gardens, patios, BBQ and shaeded seating area for eating "al-fresco". This lovely property is extremely spacious and provides exceptional comfort. The kitchen has oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer,coffe maker and washing machine i an outside utility. There is a dining table and chairs alongside patio doors leading out to the pool area. There are 2 double bedrooms one with a double bed and patio doors, and the secon with twin beds. The bathroom is seperate with a bath and shower.

Colmenar has a good selection of tapas bars and restaurants, supermarkets, bank, chemist, internet shop and hold a bustling weekly fruit and veg market.

Malaga, airport and beaches are approx half an hours drive. Visiting some of Andalucias most historic sights eg, Ronda, Granada, Nerja, Marbella and Antequeraare all easy day trips due to the properties central location. The beautiful, cool Montes de Malaga pine frests and the Torcal National Park are lso very close.It is also an ideal have of peace and tranquility to relax, rest and soak up the sun.

Booking notes:

The property can be reserved with a 30% deposit with the balance paid aytime up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. There is a £150 security/damage deposit required on arrival which is returned in ful at the end of your stay should there be no damage/breakages. All linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. We ask that the property be left in a clean and tidy state but cleaning can be arranged if preferred at 25 euros.
