It is only 50 metres from the sea with 3 swimming pools, (outdoor, childrens and a heated indoor). There is also a gym, jacuzzi, Sauna and a children play area. It is close to local shops and restaurants.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and a twin and a full bathroom with shower over the bath. A large terrace with table & chairs and sunloungers. There are excellent sea views from all the rooms and the terrace. It comes fully equipped to a high standard with satalitte TV, DVD player and sterio system, fridge freezer, oven and hob and washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Utility room.
All linen is included , you only need to bring your own beach towels.
It is suitable for familys with children and the disabled.
The lovely fishing village of Cabo de Palos is only 5 mins drive away. The World famous La Manga Golf complex is within 10 mins drive. The nearest large city of Cartagena is well worth a visit by either local train (from Los Nietos), the local bus service or car. (20 mins)
The nearest airport is San Javier Murcia only 25 mins away (airport transfers can be arranged for you)or Alicante about 1hr.
