The apartment is cool and spacious with generous room sizes, breathtaking sea views and great light. It has a brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom, and has been furnished with everything required for a perfect seaside holiday. It is in a modern block with newly renovated lobbies and brand new lift. As well as the beach which is under 2 mins walk, there is a lifeguard attended pool and tennis courts, both private to residents of the block. There is also ample parking and a modern lift and entrance lobby.
The apartment is fully equipped, with modern kitchen appliances incl. microwave, washing machine, TV, stereo, DVD player, books and board games. There is a safe, a travel cot, a large balcony with exterior lighting to seat 6 for dinner, and ample comfortable seating. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
The beach, (approx 50m), is wide & sandy, with blue flag accreditation, and is 10km long in total. It is well equipped with chiringuitos (beach bars) in high season, & has a good range of restaurants, tapas bars & icecream parlours along the promenade (all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment). Daimus is a stylish town where many families from Madrid & Valencia own holiday homes. In summer, there is a nightly craft market on the promenade, great to browse on the way out to dinner.
Gandia (2km from Daimus) is the largest town in the Valencia region after Valencia City. As you would expect there are all big town amenities including sophisticated designer shops, two multiplex cinemas, a casino and a yacht club/marina. Gandia is home to several famous historic buildings which are open to the public, including the beautiful Ducal Palace of the Borgias.
Oliva is under 10 mins by car, with its fascinating old town, castle, museum, great shops and restaurants and weekly market.

| Booking notes: 20% deposit payable on booking. This will secure the accomodation for your dates and in the event of cancellation is not refundable if the dates are not re-booked. The balance of the full amount will be payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay (or sooner for late bookings). A damages deposit of £75 is also payable - this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked by our local agent. |
