Next to it there is a separate sitting room with views to the garden.

The farmhouse kitchen is large, well equipped (including dishwasher) and there is a second dining area that leads out on to a covered terrace and barbecue area.

The first of the four air conditioned bedrooms is on the ground floor. This spacious bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. In addition, for convenience, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs is reached by a rustic staircase where there are three further bedrooms, two of them with en suite facilities and the other with an adjacent bathroom, all of them with fabulous views. One bedroom leads you to the wonderful spacious terrace, perfect for private sunbathing in the hot summer season.

The villa is also equipped with a fitness area, indoor heated pool, sauna, small gym, Jacuzzi and hydro-massage shower.

Outside, the villa has a beautiful, heated swimming pool, (60m2, with a depth of 0.1m to 2.0m), originally built from the same rocks as the garden, and enjoys the luxury of its own private tennis court, set in beautiful, extensive gardens.
