Nestled on the edge of a small, peaceful rural area, Villa Rosa is a perfect retreat for a quiet holiday in Mallorca. Here you can immerse yourself in village life, while unwinding in the complete privacy of your villa with superb views of the surrounding mountains. The villa is in a quiet lane, approximately half way between Puerto Pollença and the town of Pollença.

From the front terrace you enter an elegant hall, which leads to the rest of the ground floor accommodation. There is an enormous lounge/diner with feature fireplace, comfortable seating and formal dining area. A large picture window overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The spacious kitchen with its oak units, includes a dishwasher and breakfast area.

The hall leads on to the bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large window overlooking the front of the house, and two further twin bedrooms, which share the adjacent family bathroom.

At the rear of the property there is a separate outside staircase leading to the first floor, which is self-contained – making this villa ideal for two families sharing or perhaps a large group of friends on holiday together.

The first floor accommodation includes a second open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen, as well as a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Each bedroom in the house has hot/cold air-conditioning.

Villa Rosa is ideally suited to outdoor living. A huge, shady terrace runs along two sides of the villa, and next to the kitchen there is a large refectory table with seating for 12. There is a barbecue kitchen, another fabulous banquet table and plenty of patio furniture as well as an outdoor shower room and toilet.

The large swimming pool (5m x 12m, with a depth of 0.9m to 2.1m), is entered via steps to a shallow-end, which is perfect for children – and boasts a new Jacuzzi section, so, Villa Rosa is bound to be a hit with all the family, whatever their age.

Car Hire:
Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa Rosa is a luxury villa and includes two mid-week maid service cleans (to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.

Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200/300 Euros. This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
