Villa Tomeu offers an excellent example of traditional Mallorcan style architecture, harmonising with the natural surroundings of its quiet and lovely country location, although just a few minutes' drive from Pollensa.

Villa Can Tomeu is a luxury villa in a private and secluded location with a long, gated driveway off the road to Cala San Vicente. It's surrounded by 12,000m2 of beautiful, family-friendly gardens full of flowers, trees and shrubs, a private swimming pool (9m x 5m, with a depth of 1.0m to 2.1m), and great views of trees and mountains.

Accommodation consists of a superbly furnished lounge/dining room with its beamed ceiling and feature fireplace (wood-burning stove) which gives off an air of elegance. Huge windows and patio doors open out onto the front covered terrace and spacious lawns, affording complete privacy and lovely views of the mountains beyond.

The kitchen has lots of storage space with fitted cupboards and appliances including a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen and a bathroom.
An inner hall leads to the light and bright bedrooms with lovely views of the property and the mountains.There are three twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside is well designed to take advantage of the entire property: a shady terrace surrounds two sides of the house. There is a brick built kitchen and barbecue, as well as a dining area which is perfect of enjoying outdoor living. Finally there is a table tennis table for your added enjoyment.

Villa Tomeu is approached via a gated driveway, down a long drive, making it private, secluded and secure – a little piece of paradise in North Mallorca, which we are delighted to offer for rent.

Car Hire:
Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa Can Tomeu is a luxury villa and includes two mid-week maid service cleans to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.

Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200/300 Euros. This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
