Villa Es Figueral is a villa with a real ‘wow’ factor. The villa is decorated to a high standard. In traditional Majorcan style, it has high, beamed ceilings and large windows, making it very light and airy. It has a very comfortable living room with leather sofas, an open fireplace and a family dining area. There is an arched door leading into the garden and the pool area. In addition, on the ground floor there is a separate, modern and well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), with a large dining table and a door to the terrace.

Upstairs there are three well-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, as well as stunning, panoramic views of the mountains. In addition, there are two twin rooms and a separate family bathroom. Patio doors from two of the bedrooms and the hallway lead to the large upper terrace, where views across the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed.

On the ground floor, patio doors from the living and dining rooms lead to the large, covered terrace. The terrace, with its furniture is ideal for relaxing, overlooking the superb, large swimming pool (50 m2, with a depth of 0.9m to 2.1m), with Roman style steps. There is also a Jacuzzi, with seating, which makes a great children’s play or adult chill out area. Outside there is a separate pool house and barbecue area, which houses a traditional style Mallorcan, stone wall oven – and is perfect for al fresco dining. There is also table tennis

A car is essential.

Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa Es Figueral is a 5 Star luxury villa and includes daily maid service, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200/300 Euros. This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
