El Jardi is a villa with the wow factor, a real delight! Newly built, it is located in a quiet and private location within the prestigious ‘La Font’ area – which is a few minutes walk from the old town of Pollença.

Outside there is an attractive, covered terrace, which is accessed via the lounge and kitchen. This overlooks a 10m long Roman style swimming pool (4.5m x 9m, with a depth of 0.9m to 2.1m), and well maintained gardens and patios. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a covered barbecue, so al fresco dining is a must! There is also table tennis.

Villa El Jardi offers peace and privacy in a well designed house which combines contemporary and traditional furnishings. We believe this is an ideal property for anyone who wants the luxury of their own private villa and pool, but wants to be close to restaurants, bars and the shops of Pollença.
