If you want to enjoy a family holiday in an area renowned for its rural beauty, Villa Luna is the perfect solution. This detached villa is set in a peaceful location, 6km from the medieval town of Pollença and 6km from the beach.

The villa, which is all on one level, is entered via a covered terrace, leading into a lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished. From the living area (with satellite TV and DVD player) there is a corridor which leads to the kitchen (with dishwasher) and other accommodation. There are two double bedrooms and one twin, and two bathrooms.

The air conditioned bedrooms are of a typical Mallorcan style, with pine beams and window surrounds, antique style beds and simple furnishings.

Outside the property has a spacious garden, which is surrounded by a hedge, making it safe and secluded. There is a sundeck with loungers and a swimming pool (9m x 4.5m, with a depth of 0.9m to 2.0m), which is adjacent to a large lawned area and an L-shaped covered terrace which is perfect to cool off under after a day in the Mediterranean heat, or for enjoying meals served directly from the barbecue. There is also table tennis.

Simple, neat and tidy, Villa Luna is a wonderful base for a holiday, where you can spend time relaxing in the privacy of your own villa, or from which you can visit all the local amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants in the local area.

Car Hire:
Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa La Luz is a luxury villa and includes two mid-week maid service cleans (to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.

Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200/300 Euros. This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
