The villa is situated in the heart of the countryside in a secluded, but not isolated, position on a quiet country lane, only 5 minutes drive from the quaint, charming town of Pollença and Puerto Pollença and its glorious beaches.
From the main grounds of Villa Can Lleida, 5 stone steps and separate ramp lead you to a large uncovered terrace. The arched front doors open into the main entry hall where a beautiful miniature model of Cinderella’s horse and coach greets you. To your right is the large master bedroom stylishly decorated with floor tiles that give the effect of wooden floors, with its large open-plan en suite shower room with walk-in shower recess. The en suite is divided from the bedroom by a smoked glass screen. To the left of the entry hall leads into an enormous open-plan lounge/dining room with its feature stone arched ceiling, and is wonderfully designed around a wood and glass dining table seating up to 20, together with a piano situated in the lounge room. Glass doors open out into a spacious bright summer conservatory room which includes large stylish wicker chairs and sofa, second TV, and further dining table and chairs. It has a wall of glass allowing splendid views to the pool, gardens and mountains, which are situated at the back of the villa.
Off the formal dining area a door leads through to the large country style fully fitted kitchen with its moveable center island working bench. Door leads into a separate utility off the kitchen with a second fridge. Kitchen has an open hatch that looks directly into the summer room and door that enters directly into the conservatory. From the summer room large glass doors lead out onto large uncovered terrace with 5 steps and ramp leading down to the pool and gardens. Directly off the summer conservatory a door leads you to the games room with its billiard table and, again, a touch of “Disney” with a beautiful miniature model castle adorning this area. A door leads off the games room on the right to a corridor where a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and separate complete bathroom with its delightful colour scheme of white and pale lemon decorative ceramic tiles are located.
A further door leads off the games room to a stone ramp leading down into the magnificent indoor pool, sauna, and small gym with its palms and bougainvillea trees giving a tropical feel, and toilet and shower room. From the indoor pool area, arched glass doors lead out to the exterior with direct access to pool and gardens. The beautiful pool with its Jacuzzi is surrounded by extensive lawns on three sides, together with mature gardens and trees offering semi-seclusion. Adjacent to the gardens and pool is the large sun terrace with stylish patio furniture and a freestanding stone BBQ nearby, ideal for al fresco dining.
A staircase leads up to a small landing with a step up to a corridor which houses a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and large en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Further down the corridor is a large twin bedroom decorated nicely in tones of blue with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom again in pretty tones of blue with its feature semi-circular bath with shower over the bath. Both bedrooms have French doors leading out to a large, shared, uncovered balcony with views beyond.
