Villa Ca Na Aina is a traditional villa overlooking the sea, located in a residential area between Puerto Pollença and Alcudia, and within easy walking distance of all the amenities the port has to offer, including restaurants, bars and shops.

The villa is cleverly designed to take advantage of its position, with living accommodation on the first floor. The accommodation includes a comfortable living room, separate dining room, spacious kitchen and utility area with washing machine and dishwasher. There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double and two twins, as well as two well-fitted bathrooms. With large windows and doors leading out onto a terrace, the rooms take advantage of the views across the pool area and out to the sea.

The 10m private pool (10m x 5m, with a depth of 0.9m to 2.1m) takes pride of place at the front of the property and catches the sun on its terraces all day. It is surrounded by lawned gardens and spacious sun terraces.

There is a covered eating area with built-in barbecue overlooking the pool area, where you will also find a tennis table.

Villa Ca Na Aina is an ideal property if you want to be in the centre of things, so it is great for young couples and families too. Early booking is recommended for this popular villa by the sea!

Table tennis is also available.

A car is essential.

Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa Ca Na Aina is a luxury villa and includes two mid-week maid service cleans (to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.
